LOYALTY LANE PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: 8/10/2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Loyalty Lane, Inc., a Georgia corporation (“Loyalty Lane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with our website at loyaltylane.com (the “Site”), the Loyalty Lane Dashboard used by our retail clients and their authorized users (the “Dashboard”), and related customer engagement, loyalty, and digital coupon services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies to visitors to the Site, prospective clients who contact us, and authorized users of the Dashboard — including employees of our retailer clients and employees of marketing companies and other partners those clients authorize to access the Dashboard (collectively, “you”).

This Policy does not apply to the shoppers or end consumers of our retail clients. When we administer a loyalty program, digital coupon program, or related feature on behalf of a retail client, we process that retail client’s shoppers’ personal information as a service provider under contract with that client, not as an independent controller. Information about how a specific retailer’s shoppers’ personal information is collected and used is described in that retailer’s own privacy policy, not this one. See the “Our Role for Retail Clients” section below for more detail.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required by law.

What Information We Collect

From Site Visitors and Prospective Clients

  • Contact information you submit through forms on our Site (for example, name, company name, business email address, and phone number) when you request information, schedule a demo, or otherwise contact us.
  • Technical and usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the Site, including IP address, browser and device information, referring/exit pages, and pages viewed.
  • Account information, including your name, business mailing address (city, state, and ZIP code), phone number, and business email address.
  • Login credentials and role/permission information associated with your Dashboard account.
  • Usage information, including activity logs, feature usage, and access history within the Dashboard.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information collected when you access the Dashboard.
  • to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site, the Dashboard, and the Services;
  • to create and administer Dashboard accounts and manage user roles and permissions;
  • to respond to inquiries and provide customer support to our clients and their authorized users;
  • to send product updates, service communications, and, where permitted, marketing communications — including text messages where you have separately opted in — to prospective and current clients;
  • to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, and activity that may violate our agreements or the law; and
  • to comply with our legal obligations.

From Dashboard Users (Retailer and Marketing-Company Staff)

From Job Applicants

If you apply for a position with us, we collect the information you submit in connection with your application, such as your resume, employment history, and education information.

How We Use Information

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including tools provided by our marketing and CRM platform, to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. We also use analytics tools to help us understand Site traffic and improve our content. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some Site features may not function properly if you disable them.

Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by applicable state law, we honor recognized universal opt-out signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

How We Share Information

Service Providers

We share information with companies that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, customer relationship management, email delivery, and analytics providers. These companies are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us. A current list of these service providers is available upon request by contacting us at cs@loyaltylane.com.

Digital Coupon Content Partners

As part of our Digital Coupon Program services, we procure digital coupon and offer content from manufacturers, brands, and coupon-content networks, and distribute that content across our retail clients. This content distribution generally does not involve sharing an individual retail client’s shopper personal information with other retail clients or with coupon-content providers; shopper redemption activity is administered separately within each retail client’s own program.

Wholesale Cooperative and Retail Media Partners

Some of our retail clients belong to wholesale grocery cooperatives that offer their own AI personalization or retail media network (RMN) programs through third-party technology partners. Loyalty Lane does not operate its own retail media network. Where a retail client participates in one of these partner programs, information about what shopper data is shared with that partner and how it is used is described in that retail client’s own privacy policy, not this one.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our business or assets, information described in this Policy may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, and may become subject to a different privacy policy.

Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Loyalty Lane, our clients, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

SMS / Text Messaging Communications

This section applies only to text messages that Loyalty Lane, Inc. (“Loyalty Lane”) itself sends to you — as a prospective or current retail client contact, a Dashboard user, or another business contact — using our HubSpot text-messaging platform. It does not apply to text messages that our retail clients send to their own shoppers or end consumers in connection with a loyalty, coupon, or marketing program; those communications, and the consent that supports them, are administered by the retail client under its own privacy policy and texting program, not this one. See “Our Role for Retail Clients” above.

If you provide us with your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Loyalty Lane, Inc. — for example, when requesting a demo, subscribing to updates, or otherwise communicating with our team — you may receive messages such as appointment/demo scheduling messages, account and product notifications, customer support responses, and, where you have separately agreed, marketing messages. We use your mobile number and your consent solely to send you these messages and to manage your messaging preferences.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number, your text messaging opt-in status, or your consent to receive text messages with any third party, affiliate, or non-affiliate for their own marketing purposes. This information is shared only with aggregators and providers that support the delivery of our Text Message services — currently, HubSpot, our SMS/text messaging platform provider — and only as necessary for them to provide that service to us.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Reply “HELP” for help. You can also contact us at cs@loyaltylane.com. For more on how we handle text messaging data specifically, and for our full Terms and Conditions, see the “How We Share Information” section above and our Terms and Conditions.

Our Role for Retail Clients

Our core business is providing loyalty program, digital coupon, and related customer engagement technology to grocery and other retailers. In performing these Services, we process personal information belonging to our retail clients’ shoppers strictly as a service provider or processor acting under contract and on the instructions of that retail client — not as an independent controller of that information. We do not use retail clients’ shoppers’ personal information for our own independent marketing purposes, and we do not combine one retail client’s shopper data with another’s except in de-identified or aggregated form (for example, aggregate program performance benchmarking) that does not identify any individual.

If you are a shopper with questions about how your personal information is collected or used through a specific retailer’s loyalty program, digital coupon program, website, or app, please refer to that retailer’s own privacy policy or contact that retailer directly.

Data Retention

We retain information described in this Policy for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need information for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you provide to us.

Your Choices

You can opt out of marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails. Dashboard account users cannot opt out of essential service communications related to their account or our Services. You can also contact us using the information below to ask about the personal information we hold about you.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message, as described in the “SMS / Text Messaging Communications” section above.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — as of 2026, this includes California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Iowa, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island, among others — you generally have the right to confirm and access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling involving your personal information, subject to the exceptions and verification procedures allowed under that law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Dashboard account information for targeted advertising. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights. To submit a request, contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below; we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Children's Privacy

The Site and Dashboard are intended for business use and are not directed to, or intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will post the updated Policy on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date.
